We would like to travel for a day out in the countryside from either Cinque or Rome to experience some local flavor. We don't have enough time to spend the night at a farmhouse, but were wondering if there was somewhere the forum posters know of that we could experience some local wine, cheese, and maybe pet some farm animals for a day?
