Best Palermo history, food, art walking tours?

Can anyone suggest a 3-4 hour walking tour of Palermo for mid-October? It would be helpful to start our Sicily trip with such a tour to acclimate ourselves the day after arriving. Thanks so much!

Hi,
We took an evening food tour with Streaty Tours this past April in Palermo.
I booked it online a few weeks ahead.
It was great!
Our guide had gown up right in the Vucciria area, and knew all the streets and food vendors.
We really enjoyed it, and there was plenty to eat and drink.
It took about 3 hours.

Last September, we easily walked around Palermo on our own, day and night, and enjoyed it. We had some of the best food in Sicily and Rome there. Highly recommend:

La Galleria - gamberini, mixed grilled seafood, burratini salad, nice wine, reservations essential

Procopio Pizzeria - La Crudo (best pizza ever), Magione

Hope you love Sicily as much as we did!
