Can anyone recommend the BEST st open air street markets for meat, vegetables, fresh foods, baked goods and/or trinkets in the following cities: Venice, Florence, Rome & Sorrento? I am sure each city has one or two of legendary proportion. Any help appreciated!

Florence - Mercato Sant’Ambrogio - a really neat market
Greve in Chianti - outside of Florence about 40 mins. Saturday market is outstanding! plus you're in wine country!
