I will be taking the Best of South Italy tour in September and am trying to work in a food tour once I arrive in Positano. I was just wondering from anyone who has been on this tour if you recall around what time you arrived in Positano on Day 7?

I would call the RS office and ask them. Of course, traffic could affect the timing of your arrival as well. So you will want to factor that in. I have been on several RS tours and I have my eye on this one. I think the itinerary is so interesting, I'm sure you will love it.
I have not been on that tour, but on the RS tours I have been on, I do not recall we ever got to our hotel later than 4PM.
Looking at the itinerary for that tour, my guess is it will be 3 or a bit later.
'Call the RS office' is good advice.
