Best of Italy timing questions

On the BOI, I see one full day in Venice. Is that enough time to see inside of Basilica San Marco, tour of Doge’s palace, and a gondola ride? What about a skip the line or early am admittance to those sites? Does this one day allow for anything else?

It’s enough time for those three things but the tour itself is not enough time in Venice (just 2 nights which equals 1 full day)
Highly recommend you arrive a few days early to get over jet lag and enjoy more time in Venice

You can book a timed entry to San Marco
Gondola rides are easy to do, don’t really need to prebook
Consider the Secret Itinerary tour of Doges

There is no such thing as skip the line

Always book your tickets/ tours on the official sites

ETA
Amazing that you only get a walking tour and a gondola ride included on this tour

No, i would suggest arriving a couple of days early in Venice. Actually you only have one half day on your own according to the itinerary. It looks like a gondola ride is part of your first evening.

On the subject of "skip the line" tickets- we all see these advertised on 3rd party resellers. Usually at a substantial markup from those sold by the official websites. All a "skip the line " ticket is is a ticket purchased in advance. And these days, with crowds and timed entries, advance purchase tickets are becoming more and more important. The only line you skip is the line at the ticket purchase window at the venue. Buy your entry tickets in advance from the official website. If you dont know which website is the official one, consult Rick's guidebook or ask here.

And I agree that you should try to arrive a couple of days before the start of the tour.

Thanks everyone. Q #2: is the one full day in the Dolomites enough to enjoy the Alpi de Siusi, and the Seceda area?
