Best Italian data SIM card

Hi,
I will be in Rome in September. I am looking at getting a 30 day Data Plan SIM card 3 or 4 gigs for my iPad mini. A number of years ago I got a Vodofone 2 gig plan for about 30 euros. There is a Vodafone shop in Termini station .

Any company recommendations would be helpful. Will be in Sicily, Amalfi coast, Florence, Cinque Terre and Tuscany. Would like to get good coverage.

Thanks,
Liam

TIM and Vodafone both offer 30 day plans. TIM now offers 15 gigs and 200 minutes of talk for €20. Here’s a link. If you’re flying into FCO, TIM has a store near the exit of Terminal 3. I’ve used their service all over Italy including Sicily, Amalfi, Florence and Tuscany with no problems.

TIM has a bunch of reasonable plans. Today in Milano we got 10 GB date, 500 minutes outside of Italy, and unlimited in-country calling for €23. We had TIM for years when we lived here and found them reliable. Plus at the big tourist entry points they always have English speaking staff and people who are willing to do any set up as may be required so you walk out of the store with a working phone.
