BEST Florence adventure tour?

I'm spending a few extra days in Florence after a week in Tuscany. Sounds like Cirque Terre may be a bit too much to cram into one day.

Any recommendations for a one-day adventure in June? (other than the Duomo, museums, galleries, etc.)

p.s. I would like to find tag along with a small-group tour. Will not have a car.

we did ebikes from orvieto and it exceeded expectations -- I think similar are available in Tuscany.

We did a tour with https://www.bikeinflorence.com/ , it was thunderstorming for most of the morning so the bikes were cancelled, but we still went to San Gimignano and Siena.....I bet it would have been fun to bike! hahaha

For what it’s worth, we did a one-day visit to Cinque Terre and it was awesome :-) But I really really wanted to see it and that was our only way to fit it in.

We departed Florence on the 7:54 train from Campo di Marte, and were at our first stop (Monterosso) by 10:30am. We left the CT area around 7pm I think, and visited 4 out of the 5 towns. You could do all 5 or you could do fewer. We didn’t hike because trails weren’t open yet, but I’d love to go back and do that between at least 2 of the towns!

Not trying to push you to do it, because it was a lot! But it was so worth it and is doable if it’s important to you.
