There are so many tours tinchoose from. We would like to book a no wait tour with underground access and includes Ancient Rome

I don't know of any underground tours that include a tour of the city. You would need to book a specialty tour for that or book two separate tours.
If you want to book the underground tour use the official website to do so. Tours go on sale on June 11th.

I can't say enough good things about the Walks of Italy tours. We took 5 of them while in and around Rome in 2016. We did this one for the colosseum, which includes the underground access. We literally saw the colosseum from top to bottom. The tour also includes Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum. https://www.walksofitaly.com/rome-tours/colosseum-underground-tours

a_zych, it's a little fuzzy exactly what you mean by "Ancient Rome"? If you mean the Forum and Palatine, then Dawn has provided a link to tour company that sees consistently high ratings on the RS forums and Trip Advisor, and is recommended by RS.
Another one we see a lot (and is also recommended by RS) are "The Roman Guy" tours. I don't know as you could go wrong with either:
