We use EconomyCarRentals from Siena recently. The local company is Targarent - theit "city center" address is actually a twenty euro taxi ride out into the country. When we got there, there was no office, we had to wait on the street in an industrial area with no way to get back to Siena until the car arrived (late). Also, we had a difficult time to find the place when it came to return the car. Contrary to the ad, they wanted 18 euros a day for insurance or we would be responsible for the first 1000 euros if there was any damage to the car. I would not recommend this company at least out of Siena.
