My girlfriend and I are taking the Best of Europe tour this August and flying into Rome a few days early. We are looking to visit a nice beach and swim in the Mediterranean. I was thinking I could go to Anzio or Naples for 2 nights before returning to Rome to join the tour.
Anyone have any beach suggestions based on experience?
