What are the best beaches in Italy on the coast for sunbathing and swimming in June?
The coastline of Italy is 8,000 km (5,000 miles) long.
Could you at least define the region(s) where you plan to be? There are several thousands great beaches in Italy, hundreds of them in Sardinia alone.
Sicily. . . .
Lido's Public Beach and Sorrento are two places I've gone sunbathing/swimming. Lido is a classic sunbather's beach. I imagine the best beaches are at the southern tip.
See links below and take your pick. There are thousands to choose from.
But Lido and even Sorrento would be among the last ones I'd choose.

I went more at the end of summer and someone told me about Circeo but wow it had some gorgeous beach. Compared to where I'm from the weather at that time of year was still great too.
We liked Senigallia, on the Adriatic coast. Miles of sandy beaches. Not sure of the water temp in June though -- we were there in early fall.
Tropea or other parts of Calabria.
