Will rent a villa for family of 8 and do day trips, We prefer good food and quaint places to crowded cities. Will not go to Rome. Any good experiences and suggestions for a mom who wants to share the way of life, the culture, but don’t need to visit any more cathedrals, etc. We love art, wine, nature, and good food.

Thank you for your kind reply. Would like travel by train some. Will rent also. We are hikers. Love to get a chef to cook a meal. Will look into Umbria
