Mother and daugher will be arriving in Bergamo mid-day on a Sunday spending night somewhere between here and Venezia??? Then taking train to Venezia for 3 nights; leaving in early morning on 4th day back to Bergamo-up to Lecco and then on to Bellagio for two nights. Returning to Bergamo for 2 nights. Have hotels for Bellagio and Venezia.
One person will fly out of Bergamo airport on a Sunday 4:00pm going to another country; the other flies out of Milan on a Monday at 10:00am.
Questions: Where to stay between Bergamo and Venezia for 1 night? Verona or Brescia-any names for stay- around 75-100E for two.
Where to stay in Bergamo for two nights? Around 75-100 E per night for two.
Is it always best practice to get train tickets before our trip ?
