Bergamo hotel recomendation

Recomendation for a hotel within walking distance of old town funicular or else up in Citti Alta. Thought we had one for two nights prior to our RS tour in mid April. However, it was not available for two nights. Thank you

Apologies if you might have been booking Albergo Il Sole on my recommendation. Worked for me, but it does have an odd policy (not mentioned on the current web site) of closing both the restaurant and the hotel for a full day each week.
