Has anyone used Benvenuto Limos for Rome? How was the service? Is it worth it or would it be better to take the train in from the port?

Has anyone used Benvenuto Limos for Rome? How was the service? Is it worth it or would it be better to take the train in from the port?
My husband and I used them in 2005 and the were wonderful. Giovanni was our driver from Rome to Positano. Also, transfers to Naples to take the train to Rome with his mother. Wonderful people. It is not cheap.
