I know that the ferry schedules have not come out yet for May, But does anyone know what times the ferries typically go between from Bellagio to Varenna? We are trying to schedule an early train ride to Vernazza.

I can only find the schedule through March still posted even if it expires in 3 days:

If you're so close on your time scheduling consider having a back-up plan if either the ferry or the train is late getting you back into Milan.

Current train schedule show the fastest way to Vernazza with only 2 changes at Milano Centrale and Levanto is to depart Varenna at 10:35 and arriving at Vernaza at 15:15. So you you will not have any trouble getting a ferry to make a 10:35 train.
