Can anyone recommend a casual, relatively inexpensive restaurant on the lake in Bellagio? We are more interested in a great view than gourmet cuisine.

One of our favorites is LaPunta (the point). Right down on the water with a great view and the most delicious food, reasonably priced.

Trattoria S. Giacomo. It's in Rick's book. VERY good. A casual, local kind of place with excellent food, and it's up on the corner of the village. I had ravioli with butter and sage. Mmmm!
