Here's a deal that might appeal to some people.....
There are conditions of course, one of which would exclude many retirees as those taking advantage of this deal must have at least one child. The town appears to be in the Parco Nazionale Gran Paradiso, so a scenic location which is only a short distance from big city amenities in Turin.
