Italy has 5000 miles of coastline, and scores of islands, so your question is like asking whether there are any good beaches in the Caribbean islands.
So, the question is where exactly in Italy do you plan to visit? Because there are great beaches in virtually every region touched by water.
The island of Sardinia has the most, but you can find great spots anywhere. Just google image the words SPIAGGE PIÙ BELLE followed by a location.
