we will be in capri end of september. still good weather to go swimming in the ocean and how warm is the water?

We swam at the fabulous Bagni di Gioia at Marina Piccola on the south side of Capri in May, and the water was chilly even then, but refreshing. The best thing for a day at the beach is to relax in those unique (rentable) beach chairs with the adjustable shades for your face, which are sitting on the wooden spa deck, sip the frozen lemon drinks, and gaze at the gorgeous sea. Taking a dip is fun, but not the "whole experience" if you know what I mean.
