Beach Time in Sicily?

Going on RS Sicily tour next end of April. We end in Catania. Are there any good beaches or beach resorts located around there, that you would suggest? We want to do some relaxing in addition to a couple of day tours.

You might want to think about Taormina - about 40 km from Catania.
Taormina is a beautiful town with a magnificent Roman arena, on a cliff above the sea.
There is a cable car to take you down to the beaches at Mazzaro.
