Friends who visited elsewhere in Liguria say we must find the recommended Beach Club.
How?
Staying in Manorolo for 3 glorious days, any advice please?

I doubt you'll find one in Manarola, the only one of the Cinque Terra that features an actual beach in Monterosso. Vernazza technically has one but it's tiny.

No beach in Manarola so cannot imagine there being a beach club.
Your friends are likely talking about towns outside of the 5 villages that make up the Cinque Terre in some of those towns there are nice beaches and less tourists so having beach clubs makes more sense.

They were talking about other towns, but thought CT would have same.
Thanks for your help. Laying on and jumping from rocks is great! I'll do that.

I've never seen any "beach clubs" in the five towns, but there may be something like that in Levanto, which is just slightly north of Monterosso?
An alternative might be to rent a lounge chair and umbrella from the vendors along the beach in the new town in Monterosso (there are also smaller facilities in the "old town"). I've never done that but I doubt the cost is very much. They provide changing rooms as I recall, and you're not far from any number of small cafes or stores if you want to get a beverage or whatever. It's only about an 11 minute trip from Manarola on the frequent local trains, so very easy to get there and back.
