I'm going to Puglia and Basilicata for 5 days this April. I've hear this is a wonderful time to visit the area. As usual there is too much to see and too little time. Here is my planned itinerary: Fly into Bari. Matera 2 nights. Martina Franca 2 nights, with side trips to Arberobello and Locotorondo. For my last day I'm debating between Polignano a Mare or Ostuni.
