Bardi chapel (Santa Croce): restorations?

Hello everyone,

I'm hoping that I can see the Giotto works in this chapel when we get to Firenze in a couple of weeks, but I can't find up-to-date info on how the restorations there are going (or if, hopefully, they have finished).

Does anyone know how viewable the chapel is at the moment?

Thank you kindly for any help you can offer!

At the same time, this is what the church's own website states:

https://www.santacroceopera.it/en/
"We inform our visitors that the Bardi chapel is now closed for restoration. The Giotto frescoes with the Stories of Saint Francis will not be visible for the duration of the restoration period."

Personally, I'd go by the official website for the church. Unfortunately, they don't provide a firm date for when the chapel will re-open. Chuck, your link sends me to a 404 error. :O(

Well, if not before, I guess I'll see what the state of things is when I get there early next month and try to remember to post my own assessment after my visit! Thank you both for your replies.
