Anyone know of a bank that you can transfer money from the US over to Euro's. Preferably a bank that we can then use their bank cards to withdraw money and not have to worry about transaction fees.

Be sure to read the fine print before you sign up for any European bank or credit cards. They may lack the consumer protection that US cards are required by US law to carry - such as limited liability for fraudulent charges.
