Balsamic vinegar tasting or buying in Bologna?

Are there stores in Bologna that offer balsamic vinegar tasting? We don’t have the desire to spend a day on big food tour but know there are different ages and types of Balsamic Vinegar. Barring that, can someone give me their recommendations about good Balsamic Vinegars we can buy if we cannot find a tasting selection?

Acetaia Giusti is a well respected maker of traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena and they also make a variety of other balsamics. They have a shop in central Bologna near Piazza Maggiore:

When I visited their Modena store a couple of years ago, the salesperson explained how their vinegars were made and offered tastings of the different types and ages. They also offered shipping back to the US. I was happy with my purchase.

We visited Acetia Giusti's store in Modena, and were offered several tastes, including a 25-year balsamic vinegar (I think it was 105 euros for what looked like about 3 ounces). Can't say whether the Bologna store is that generous. Modena is about 20 milnutes by train from Bologna, and is worth a day if you have the time.
