Will be taking a w/e trip to Bologna and Modena. I'm having a difficult time finding locations producing balsamic vinegar that we can tour. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Julie

We visited the very nice Museo del Balsamico Tradizionale (Balsamic museum) in Spilamberto (Modena area).

The staff are very helpful and will book tours for you. They also have internet access in their lobby.
Be sure to buy several bottles of 12-year aged. I didn't bring enough home and I'm very, very sorry.
