"Bags Free" storage in Rome

Maybe it's because I travel light, but this service doesn't seem necessary. The service offers pick-up of luggage from hotels or other points with storage and/or transport to the train station or airport. I've never had a problem with my hotel storing bags for free. I guess it could be of use if you are renting an apartment and have time before check-in or after checkout.

Same opinion. How were you planning to use the service? or Why??

We are going on a cruise and this company will pick up our large suitcases and drop them at the ship while we will go to Siena with our back packs. But we want to make sure that this company has a good reputation.

We have no experience with that delivery service. Even on a cruise, we encourage you to pack as light as possible. If you have Rick's Mediterranean Cruise Ports book, it has a chapter more specific to packing for cruisers.
