Baggage on bus btwn Bolzano and Castelrotto

My wife and I will take a bus from Bolzano to Castelrotto with a rollaboard apiece. What do we do with the bags on these buses? Are these the big buses with compartments under the bus or little local buses where we have to keep our bags with us at our seats? I could just wait and find out of course but I thought I'd see if someone knows ahead of time.

Thx.

My husband and I took this bus in December 2012. They are big buses with the compartments under the bus. You
don't have to worry about your baggage. It's the ride up and down the mountain that can be a little scary at least in
the winter.

As Linda says there is plenty of room under the bus for your bags, and the ride up and down is one of the highlights of visiting Castelrotto
There are two options for catching the bus in Bolzano :
1. When exiting the station head across the street bearing left at about 45 degrees and go through the park till you see the bus station on your left
2. Exit the station, don’t cross the road, turn right and walk about 150 metres to the bus stop, it’s well sign posted.
If you go for option two, you will need to open the lockers under the bus yourself to load your bags.
On the return trip the bus stops directly across from the station.
