Hi all - we will be visiting Pompeii, via train, on the way to Sorrento from Rome. Are the luggage storage at the Pompei Scavi train station large enough to store carry-on size luggage? We hope so!

There's a free baggage check near the ticket windows at the Porta Marina entrance, or at least there still was when I visited a few years ago. On a previous visit, I had left a carry-on size bag there with no problems. I haven't used the luggage storage at the train station.

There's luggage storage at the station. It's located downstairs under the track. Just follow signs to the WC. Think the cost is €5-6 per bag.
Easy 2 block walk to the entrance if you prefer to drop your bags there.
