Not the station itself, but the Tourist Office of the City of Arezzo, next to it, has it. As you exit the station, the office is on the right of Piazza Repubblica.

Below is a picture of what it looks like.

Write to them and ask them about the opening hours (orario di apertura) of their deposito bagagli.

Since my parents come from Arezzo, I'll tell you some important words in the local dialect:
CITTO (pronounce CHEE-TTOH)= boy, guy
CITTA= not city! but 'girl'
CITTINO-CITTINA= bambino, bambina
And most importantly:
ALO' (emphasis on last o)= "Let's go! Come on!" The most important word to know in Arezzo.

The rest of Tuscany makes fun of the way they talk. Their dialect is a mix of Umbrian, Tuscan and Roman. "Alo'" comes from the French "Alons". No idea how it made it to Arezzo, but if you say "alo'" they will greet you like a local and they will befriend you immediately.

Thanks Roberto --
Unfortunately it looks like the office is only open too short a time this season, so I'll work in the trip different way. Meanwhile thanks for the other insights. Alo!
