Arriving in Milan (Malpensa Airport), I want to go to the Duomo (central city) area. If I take the Malpensa Express, it will take me to Cadorna Station. Will there be a baggage check for me? Or - Do I need to take transportation to Milan's Central Station (store my bags) and then use the Metro to get to the Duomo area?

Disclaimer: I have not been there yet. In researching for my own upcoming trip to Milan, I found that there appear to be several inexpensive bag check options inside or very near Cadorna station. They are private companies not part of the station facilities from what I see, and some may offer or require advance booking online. If you google luggage storage Cadorna station you will find them.
Also note that the Malpensa Express runs one line directly to Milan Centrale and a separate line to Cadorna. The one to Cadorna is a little quicker from the airport and Cadorna is closer to the Duomo but about a 20 min walk.
