Hello, I just came across a site (mostly for Italy) that offers a safe local's luggage storage for you if you need to leave your bags. Just curious if anyone has had any experience with this good or bad.
Thanks
Tania

This reply is late, but I just got back from Switzerland/Italy and actually used this service in Milan. We flew in to Milan and needed a place to store our son's car seat for a week while we traveled via train to Switzerland and back, before picking up a rental car and continuing our vacation in Italy. We really didn't want to lug around a bulky car seat while traveling in Switzerland so I found bagbnb through a google search and decided to risk it since we had no other option. I figured that worst case scenario, if the company wasn't legit, I can always dispute the charges with my credit card.
After reserving the space for my luggage, they sent me an email with the details for the drop-off/pick-up. This email actually ended up in my email's junk folder, so I was really nervous at first thinking I never received a confirmation. I actually also called the phone# provided to make sure the hotel storing my baggage received my reservation and will honor it.
The storage location I used was at a hotel near the Milano Centrale train station. Everything went smoothly, and my son's car seat was securely stored for the week.
I don't usually post/leave reviews, but felt compelled to since bagbnb is a new company and you can't really find much info about it online. I definitely recommend this company since they saved us from lugging around a heavy car seat on multiple swiss trains. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company's service again..

Considering that left luggage at Milano Centrale is €6, it might be something to look into.
Thanks for the feedback, it is greatly appreciated.
