Hi, has anyone used BagBnB (luggage storage) in Pisa? All input will be greatly appreciated. Looking to store 4 large duffle bags while visiting Pisa for a few hours. Concerned about leaving luggage in car.
Thanks,
Ann Marie
I have not used BagBnB but in May 2016 I simply used the luggage storage at the Pisa Centrale train station. We had 3 bags to check and it cost us 12 euros total.
I've never heard of the facility but it seems to me that they wouldn't be around long after AirBnB lawyers start chasing them for infringement.
I haven't used BagBnB, but someone reported a few months ago on their experience in Rome (do a search - top of page). My recollection is that they reserved at a hotel and everything went smoothly.
Pisa is full of one-way streets and traffic so I can't recommend driving to anywhere other than a parking lot near your destination. If you have to leave luggage in the car, then at least make sure that it's concealed before arrival and valuables pre-packed in your day bags and money belts.
