Which towns on the Amalfi Coast are you planning to visit? You might have a look at www.hihostels.com/dba/country-IT.en.htm?himap=Y as they have a few properties in that area.
You could also check www.hostelworld.com as they have lots of listings (however these seem to include Hotels as well).
If you can't find a Hostel in a particular town, you might consider budget Hotels. Although they won't be as inexpensive as a Hostel, they're a good alternative in some cases.
