Just wanted to see if anyone else had this issue recently and also as a warning to others.
I attempted twice to purchase tickets for the Accademia Gallery and the Uffizi Gallery via the b-ticket website. Both times, the website came back saying that the transaction was cancelled. I then called my credit card company to see if my credit card was charged and they say that the latter transaction went through and that payment was made. However, I did not get an email confirmation. I tried to send an email to [email protected] asking them to look into this but the email was bounced back by their email server saying that it was undeliverable.
