B&Bs in Bologna

We liked B&B Santo Stefano very much. Clean and modern, great breakfast. We walked everywhere, although we took a taxi to/from the train station.

If you consider an apartment then Pratello Gardens is very good.

You could also stay in one of the budget hotels in the city centre, as they are essentially "B&B's" as well. Many include breakfast with the cost of the room. If you'd like to consider that and want some suggestions, post another note.

My wife and I stayed at the Bologna nel cuore in 2014, and loved it. Maria, the owner, provided a wealth of info on Bologna. We stayed on one of her two apartments, but she also has a couple of B&B rooms, all in the same building. The website is bolognanelcuore.net .
