Hello looking for B&B style rooms in Vernessa. Would like to stay some place close to town, views of the sea, breakfast included,with a warm and inviting host! We are social and love to hang with locals and stay where we can have a great experience. Thank you you in advance!

I'm not sure how many of the B&B's in Vernazza serve breakfast. You might be on your own for that. I'd suggest having a look at the guidebook, as there are good suggestions there. You could also have a look at the following list....

In Vernazza, if you want to stay in town, close to the sea, there are mainly rooms to rent (camere). Most include bedroom and bathroom, some have balconies. www.Francomaria.com is my favorite. Don't know any specifically that offer breakfast. Most people go to either Blue Marlin or Il Pirata, as the town itself can be covered in 5-10 minutes from train station to harbor, along the main street. Since it is so small, you can still meet locals and hang out. Vernazza is fun at night!

Thank you for the info!!! Breakfast is not a must we can eat out. We may want to stay in Vernazza 2 nights and Montorosso two nights so we can experience both towns a bit more and night life? Not sure how late the trains run and worried if we stay in one town and are enjoying ourselves late int he other how will we get back to our room if it too late?
