Looking for suggestions for a B&B or small family run hotel in Spello. We have a car but would prefer to either be in town or withing walking distance. Nearby parking is a HUGE plus, but it doesn't have to be on premises. Not looking for anything luxurious but we're also beyond our backpacker days. Any suggestions or places to avoid?

Spello itself is small. It's very residential with several small shops geared toward tourists (more than I would have imagined). I don't recall seeing a lot of hotels there. We stayed in an apartment that we found through VRBO.

We were just there in May and stayed in an apartment of La Residenza dei Cappuccini. It was fine and the host (Monia) was wonderful, but I also looked around at other places while we were there. One I liked the looks of (didn't see the apartment itself) was Casa di Spello. (There is also a Casa Spello, which looks wonderful and is more expensive. It's also much farther up the hill, but with a car that probably wouldn't be a problem.) We also noticed La Terrazza di Spello. Keep in mind, we've only stayed in the first of these possibilities. All these places are in town.
