Have you gone to tripadvisor.com and read the reviews on these places?
Use your debit card, (after you tell your bank that you will be using it and your crdit card in Europe), and walk up to any ATM in any city in Europe, and use it to get cash (Euro's) the best ATM's to use are the ones at the banks.
