B&B in Florence

Hi,
I'm looking for a nice but very responsibly priced B&B for solo female traveler in Florence, for one week stay. I am hoping to find something around 50 euro a night.

Thank you!

Travelled solo in December and stayed here
I got the single room. I liked it and was reasonably priced.

We love the Hotel Balesteri. It is not a B&B, but a small hotel, in a great location. It was about 80 Euros when we were there in 2010.

€50 is pretty low for Firenze. You might check monasteries.

If you go the monastery route check this website:
monastarystays.com

Plug in the city you are visiting and the available options will pop up. We stayed in one in Rome and it was wonderful with breakfast and full front desk services available and included. While in Florence we talked to a couple who staying in one there.

Hotel il Bargellino (not to be confused with B&B il Bargello) has 2 nice single rooms that meet your budget, one with shower in the room and one with shared bath nearby. It's a small 10-room hotel with a beautiful shared terrace, so it feels more like a B&B. While there's no full breakfast, a cup of coffee and a packaged pastry might be available (they are in the double rooms). Their website shows pictures of the rooms, a list of features and the prices. I've stayed there multiple times and have always enjoyed the experience.
