Is anyone familiar with these B & B's in Verona - Cuore di Giulietta, Quo Vadis Arena or Casaesvael?
I stayed in Albergo Arena which is about a 5 - 10 minute walk from the Arena of Verona. It was basic; nothing fancy at all. But they have a great breakfast, are staffed till about 10 PM, most staff speak some English, daily room service, and front doors have a security lock that only a room key can unlock to get in at night. It's in a courtyard off a busy street with very minimal parking, tho parking may be available elsewhere (we did public transportation or walked). Castelvecchio is just next door, too; very impressive at nighttime!
