We purchased tickets for the Leonardo da Vinci tour, including the Last Supper from tickitaly.com and were very disappointed in our tour guide. We were with a group of 17, which shouldn't have been too difficult for a guide to handle. Unfortunately our guide entered the room to view the paining with only 5 people the rest of us were left outside until one of the employees called us in after and only given 7 minutes to view. The guide did not even approach us or present her portion of the tour to us. Several of us approached the guide immediately and again later in our tour and expressed our disappointment and concerns. In addition, I contacted the company to request a refund, and they are not interested in hearing about the situation.
