just an FYI....Avis rental car location in Orvieto is now closed. I was just re confirming our reservation last night to pick up a small van in Orvieto and they informed me the dealership closed April 1st. Even though I questioned something back in March, they didn't notify me at all of the closing.
Lesson learned, just glad I was home and able to make new reservations with Hertz. We have never had a problem dealing with them before.
