Aventine Hill or Palatine Hill

We will be in Rome in late August. Given the fact that it will be sizzling hot and shortage of time, we can only go to one look out hill. Which one do you recommend: Aventine Hill or Palatine Hill? In terms of accessibility and beauty.
Thanks

The Aventino has a small garden/park with a terrace, SantaSabina church, the famous keyhole through which you can see the dome of Saint Peter's Basilica. It's free.

The Palatino is part of the Colosseo/Foro Romano/Palatino ticket, so it costs to enter.

You can also get great views from the Gianicolo.

Honestly, if you're at all considering a trip to the Capitoline museums on your visit, I would check out the view from the Tabularium under Palazzo Senatorio. It's a giant open-air arcade with several archway views of the forum. It's a good place to get fresh air while still in the shade and take in a very up-close fiew of the Forum.

Otherwise, the views from Palatine Hill are more up close than Aventine and the Palatine is of course more convenient to the Forum. If there's any sort of breeze that day, you may find the breezy view from the Palatine to be a great insight into the lives of the Roman nobiity who lived up there.
