Traveling to Italy in May. A few of the official websites for churches, museums, etc. do not make it clear whether or not audio guides will be available to rent. (Some, though, are very clear on that front.)
I assume that the availability of audio guides is widespread, and this has been my experience in traveling in other parts of Europe. However, are there any sites that you have visited in Venice and Florence (as well as Santa Cecilia in Trastevere) that did NOT offer audio guides?
(I will download selected RS audio guides, but these will not cover all of my bases.)
Grazie!
