I have booked a car rental from Auto Europe for pick up in Chiusi. I am unsure where the Chiusi location is. The address says Downtown Office Via Cassia Aurelia I, 82. I have looked on Via Michelin and it gives me two different locations, one isnear Piazza Giacomo Matteotti (closer to the train station) and the other is near Piazza parmiro Togliatti. Has anyone picked up at the downtown location before and can tell me where it is? Thanks!

Autoeurope does not have any locations, they use the major auto renters. The one you are using is Europcar. Come out of the Chiusi rail station and turn right, walk to the first four way intersection (a couple hundred meters) turn left and the storefront office is about 30 meters up on the left.

Sarah....The poster above is correct. Autoeurope is a broker, located in the USA, who represents several rental companies including Avis and Europcar.
IMPORTANT: You should have received an email confirmation from Autoeurope stating the name of the company that you are renting from and the exact location of the pick up station as well as the phone number and hours that they are open. This is in the form of a voucher that you present to pick up your car. If you have not received this information via email something is wrong. Check with Autoeurope right away.
If you do have the voucher, check the Europcar (or Avis) website for locations, including directions about how to get there.

we dropped off our car in chiusi with auto europe back in april. if you were standing in front/facing the train station go to your left a couple of blocks and hang a left on cassia aurelia it is halfway down the block on your left. just ask someone if you get lost. good luck :):)

Thanks for your help everyone. I didn't realize that autoeurope booked through other car rental companies. Our reservation is with Europcar. Thans for the directions!
