In looking at the AutoEurope site, I see two different prices quoted for cars: one with the verbiage "No insurance excess" and one without. I’ve searched the terms and conditions and can’t figure out what the difference is specifically except about $20 more. Can someone tell me what this means?
The best thing about Autoeurope is that it has a 1-800 number to its headquarters in Maine where you can speak to humans 24 hours a day. Call them to make sure you understand their online offer. They're great!
Marcus,
It is the deductible. No insurance excess means no deductible.

Marcus,
Yes, Autoeurope.com has a local (US) number. Call that, they are very helpful. I am using them for my rental in October. They explained everything to me. And from the feedback I have got, they are a good company to work with. I got a great rate, and it did include insurance. My rate was called (all inclusive).
