I am trying to find an authentic farm that has animals and produces some sort of local product. The location is flexible, somewhere in Tuscany or Umbria would be best. I have searched and found places that are "farmhouses" but are not real working farms. The other issue is that we are using public transport and not renting a car. Thanks for any and all suggestions.
