Looking for recommendations of Austrian /German restaurants in Bolzano.

The kitchen in South Tyrol and thus also in Bolzano has influences from the north (Bavaria and Austria) as well as from the Italien cuisine. But I doubt that there is an Austrian restaurant in Bolzano.

Relatives who live close to Bolzano (in Pozza di Fasso) recommend Franziskanerstuben. Their family has very close ties with Austria and the older generation speak Ladin and German as their first languages rather than Italian.
